QZD-SK50 CNC automatic thread rolling machine
CNC system,Driven by servo motor,The screen sets the positive and inverse screw and adjusts the length of the thread.
CNC automatic rebar thread rolling machine, using advanced servo drive and control system, highly automatic, accurate control of the workpiece consistency, fast speed, greatly improve the efficiency, easy to operate and reduce labor intensity. Compared with the traditional manual and pneumatic thread rolling machine, it has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, few fault points and high reliability.
Power mechanism: head rotation motor,head translation motor, clamping motor, water pump, touch screen, foot switch, emergency stop switch, electric control system.
Reducer: self-developed transmission gearbox, low center height, widening transmission wheelbase, thickening transmission shaft.
Head rotating motor: drive the three sets of rollers in the head of the machine to do rotation to strip the ribs and make thread for the steel bar.
Head translation: drive the head of the machine forward and backward.
Clamping motor: drive the clamping mechanism to tighten and relax the steel bar.
Water pump: transport coolant, cooling and lubrication the steel bar when process.
Touchscreen: set parameters such as process length and positive or inverse screw, and the machine can be self-checked and the state can be monitored.
Foot switch: It is the starting switch of the machine under automatic state.
Emergency stop switch: to stop the operation of the machine in an emergency state.
