1. The whole machine is widened, lengthened and reinforced.
2. The wheelbase of the reducer is enlarged, the center height is lowered, and the processed steel bars are smoother and more stable.
3. The translation cylinder is enlarged and lengthened.
4. The thread rolling length with stopper is 120mm, and the single machine without stopper can be processed to 150mm.
5. The machine head adopts a customized fast-adjusting spiral angle-raising machine head.
6. It is more convenient to use the water retaining system, and the coolant flowing out due to inertia can return to the water pan.
7. The air pipe joint adopts the anti-falling joint, which has stronger sealing and prevents oil leakage.
