QZD-DG50 Electric automatic rebar thread rolling machine with panel
ADVANTAGE
Automatic electric re-bar straight thread rolling machine, highly automatic, accurate control of the workpiece consistency, fast speed, greatly improve the efficiency, easy to operate and reduce labor intensity. Compared with the traditional manual and pneumatic thread rolling machine, it has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, few fault points and high reliability,etc.
Power mechanism: head rotation motor and head translation motor, clamping motor, water pump, foot switch, emergency stop switch, electric control system.
Reducer: self-developed transmission gearbox, low center height, widening transmission wheelbase, thickening transmission shaft.
Head rotating motor: drive the three sets of rollers in the head of the machine to do rotation to strip the ribs and make thread for the steel bar.
Head translation: the ordinary motor drives the pulley of the reducer forward and backward.
Clamping motor: ordinary motor drives the turbine reducer gear to clamp the steel bar.
Water pump: transport coolant, cooling and lubrication the steel bar when process.
Foot switch: It is the starting switch of the machine under automatic state.
Emergency stop switch: to stop the operation of the machine in an emergency state.
Electric system: ordinary motor drive, input three-phase power 380V, control 3 motors.
Electrical control system: magnetic induction switch to adjust the length of the thread and start or stop.
Control panel: clamping, loosening, forward and backward, forward and reverse, automatic, manual, emergency stop.
