Power mechanism: head rotation motor,head translation motor, clamping motor, water pump, touch screen, foot switch, emergency stop switch, electric control system.

Reducer: self-developed transmission gearbox, low center height, widening transmission wheelbase, thickening transmission shaft.

Head rotating motor: drive the three sets of rollers in the head of the machine to do rotation to strip the ribs and make thread for the steel bar.

Head translation: drive the head of the machine forward and backward.

Clamping motor: drive the clamping mechanism to tighten and relax the steel bar.

Water pump: transport coolant, cooling and lubrication the steel bar when process.
